Tracy K. Gibbs lived in Japan for several years where he received extensive schooling in pharmacognosy, organic chemistry, and botanical medicine, while also receiving an honorary doctorate degree. He has formulated supplements and skin care products for dozens of brands in the nutritional and personal care industries, and is the inventor and patent holder of a proprietary enzyme delivery system. Tracy is the author of four books and has taught at various schools and universities throughout the world. He has lectured for worldwide symposiums and conferences, including the Malaysia Health Symposium, The Anti-Aging Association of Korea, Biotech China, and the International Anti-Aging and Integrative Medicine Society. He is a member of the American Society of Pharmacognosy. Tracy serves as Chief Scientific Advisor for Vasayo.

Dr. Stephen R. Sabo

Dr. Stephen R. Sabo is highly qualified to join our Scientific Advisory Board, as is evident by his vast experience in the medical field as well as his time spent teaching medicine. Dr. Sabo is currently an Attending Emergency Physician in the Emergency Department at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Suffern, NY, where he also teaches as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Sabo graduated in medicine at the Chicago Medical School, but also spent time studying in Lille, France, at the Faculte Libre de Medecine. His postgraduate study took him to the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York where he completed his residency in Emergency Medicine. In addition, he completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the Beth Israel Medical Center in New York.

He has also spent time as reviewer for the American Board of Internal Medicine Examination, as well as Commissioner for the Northwest Bergen Regional Health Commission in Bergen County, New Jersey. Dr. Sabo has served as the Vice President and President of the Upper Saddle River Board of Health in New Jersey.

Prior to studying medicine, Dr. Sabo earned his Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA.

Dr. Lana Louie A. Wania-Galicia

Dr. Lana Louie A. Wania-Galicia is currently the Chief Medical Officer at the Arroyo Vista Advanced Pain Specialists, Inc. in Moorpark, CA., as well as a Pain Management Consultant for the Conejo Pain Medical Group located in Thousand Oaks, CA. Dr. Wania-Garcia earned her Doctor of Medicine, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Biology, at the University of Santo Tomas in her native Phillipines.

Dr. Wania-Galicia has received numerous awards for her work and service. These include the “Excellence in Medicine and Outreach” award from the Filipino American Association of Southern California, the “Most Outstanding Filipino American in the USA” award from the Philippine Children’s Charities, and the “Most Outstanding Teacher of the Year” award from UC Davies Pain Center, which she has won twice. Her extensive research has been published in several medical journals, and her expertise has been used by a host of organizations that have had her present and lecture to other health care professionals around the country.

Dr. Wania-Galicia is an active member of various professional and civic organizations, which include: the American Society of Anesthesiology, the UST Medical Alumni Association-Philippines, and the American Pain Foundation.

Dr. James B. Baker

In addition to his current roles at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital as President of Medical Executive Staff & Co-Medical Director, Dr. James Baker is a member of the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Board of Directors, serves as a staff physician at Circle of Life Hospice, and manages his MDVIP-affiliated practice. A member of several medical societies including the American Osteopathic Medical Association and the American College of Osteopathic Internists, Dr. Baker served as President of the Arkansas Osteopathic Medical Association prior to these appointments.

Dr. Baker has been the recipient of various awards and honors throughout his career. These include being named “National Outstanding Internist” (2011) and the Oklahoma State Board of Regents “Most Outstanding Graduate” (1986). With a background as an analytical chemist, Dr. Baker has also been enlisted by numerous pharmaceutical companies to present on his areas of expertise.

Dr. Baker earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at OK State University–College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Tulsa, OK. Prior to that, Dr. Baker obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Henderson State University in Arkansas.

Dr. Timothy Schneider

Dr. Timothy Schneider attended the Mayo Medical School at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He completed his Ophthalmology residency at the world-renowned Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Schneider commenced his fellowship training with Minnesota Eye Consultants, and Dr. Richard Lindstrom, a pioneer in ophthalmology and specifically, refractive surgery. He was the 9th American ophthalmic surgeon to perform LASIK. Upon completion of his training, Dr. Schneider was on staff at the Mayo Clinic Jacksonville and started their refractive surgery program.

He is a sub-specialist in laser vision correction, cataract surgery and glaucoma. He trained an extra year to enhance his skills which sets him apart from most general ophthalmologists.

He has participated in refractive surgery research and has always been on the cutting edge of new technologies making cataract surgery safer and better.  He has written over 17 book chapters and articles published in peer reviewed journals and he has lectured at over 25 meetings nationally and internationally.

He has performed over 20,000 laser vision correction procedures and cataract surgeries.

He trained at Mayo Clinic and Johns Hopkins, both considered to be the absolute best medical institutions in the world, and was invited to direct both institutions’ refractive surgery programs.

He has a special interest in health, prevention and wellness.  He has received fellowship training by the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (A4M) passing both the written and oral exams toward Fellowship certification. He integrates prevention into each patients care plan and encourages diet choices, supplements and life-style changes to enhance eye health and wellness.

He is a former chairman of the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s refractive surgery Specialty Information Team.

Dr. June M. Cook



Dr. June M. Cook serves as the senior medical analyst and appellate medical authority for Air Force Active Duty, Guard, and Reserves. In this capacity, she influences policy impacting 500,000 Air Force members.

During her exceptional career, Dr. Cook has been responsible for medical operations at 46 Reserve Medical Units, served as Medical Director for seven clinics, managed seven Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine clinics, as well as two Health & Wellness Centers, and from 2012 to 2015 was appointed as acting Squadron Commander over 117 members and as Flight Surgeon for the 927th Aeromedical Squadron.

As Federal Biosurveillance Registry Coordinator for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Dr. Cook was responsible for coordinating the development of the registry with subject matter experts from the CDC, FDA, VA, DOD, USDA, DOI, FBI, ASPR, ONC, EPA, and DHS. Prior to providing family medicine and aerospace medicine care to 2,000 flyers and their dependents on McConnell Air Force Base from 2000 to 2003, she delivered primary medical care for newborn-to-geriatric patients as a member of the medical staffs at two hospitals and two nursing homes in South Bend, Indiana, from 1995 to 2000.

Dr. Cook owns two Bachelor’s degrees (Psychology & Biology) and a Medical Doctorate from Indiana University in addition to a Master’s in Tropical Public Health & Communicable Disease from the University of South Florida. She has also received board certifications in family practice, aerospace medicine, and public health & general preventive medicine.

Dr. Jessica Bordon



Dr. Jessica Bordon is a practicing podiatrist specializing in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of foot and ankle ailments. A member of both the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Dr. Bordon particularly enjoys treating sports medicine injuries and has a passion for improving people’s overall health and well-being. Her desire is to be able to offer a variety of services to her patients that will help them become pain free, lose weight, feel great, and achieve optimal health.

The recipient of the 2020 Award for Top Podiatrist in New Braunfels, Texas, Dr. Bordon places great significance on the quality of care and the products that she uses, recommends, and offers to her patients and others. She has established a reputation in her community for her expert knowledge of the highest quality products and services in natural care and is regularly consulted by medical and health & wellness professionals.

Dr. Bordon graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M in 2000 and at the top of her class in 2006 from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. A. Allen Seals



Allen Seals, MD, FACC, is a clinical and interventional cardiologist with Ascension St. Vincent’s Cardiology, as well as a national officer with the American College of Cardiology. He has a specialty interest in complex ischemic heart disease, congestive heart failure, as well as primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease.

An active member of the American College of Cardiology (ACC), the American Heart Association (AHA), the Duval County Medical Society (DCMS), the Florida Medical Association (FMA), and the American Medical Association, Dr. Seals has published over 40 peer-reviewed scientific papers and presented multiple research papers and abstracts at cardiology meetings in the U.S. and Europe. In the Jacksonville and Northeast Florida area, Dr. Seals has received numerous community recognition awards as an outstanding physician leader for his volunteer community service.

In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of the North Florida Cardiovascular Education Foundation, a 501-c3 non-profit medical education foundation responsible for oversight of professional medical education. Dr. Seals practices in a clinical environment that allows him to dedicate his cardiovascular diagnostic and treatment skills to each individual patient, as well as to dedicate his administrative and leadership skills to the ACC and other organizations that share a core mission to promote cardiovascular health and welfare. He is currently very interested and active in the area of Health Information Technology (HIT) and served as the chair of the HIT committee of the DCMS and also serves on the state HIT committee of the FMA.

Dr. Seals received undergraduate and graduate degrees in Biochemistry (Molecular Genetics) from the University of Georgia. He completed his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia. His postgraduate training included an internship and residency in internal medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and included the position of Chief Medical Resident at the Methodist Hospital. Dr. Seals also completed a fellowship in cardiovascular science at the Baylor College of Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and holds subspecialty certification in internal medicine, cardiology, and interventional cardiology.
